My family and I live in rural North Dakota on a cattle ranch and grain farm along Lake Sakakawea. Horses have always been a huge passion of mine and I enjoy spending my free time working with young horses; competing in barrel racing and occasionally team roping. If I’m not horse back you can probably find me being creative in some way; whether it’s in the kitchen or doing home & yard improvement projects.
You’ll find easy, tried and true recipes (most of which use staple ingredients and don’t require a trip to the store), DIY project inspiration, some amateur photography of the countryside and a little bit of our daily lives on this blog.
