This dip is seriously so simple to make and disappears very quickly! The perfect quick appetizer when you don’t have much time or didn’t plan anything.
I like to use the spicy Jimmy Dean pork sausage or our own venison pork sausage and add a little red pepper. You could use the hot Rotel for extra kick, I typically use the original and it’s got just enough spice for me!
Sausage Dip
Flavorful creamy sausage dip – so yummy on tortilla chips or crackers!
Ingredients
- 1 lb pork sausage (mild or spicy)
- 1 10 oz can Rotel
- 8 oz cream cheese
- pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Fry and crumble sausage.
- Add all ingredients to a crockpot and place on high for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- When the dip is melted together, serve with your choice of chips or crackers. Enjoy!
