Brown the ground beef.
Prep the bell pepper, onion and mushrooms by dicing them up.
In a crockpot, add the ground beef, diced peppers, onion, mushrooms and butter. Pour in the 1/2 cup of beef broth.
Put two tablespoons of cornstarch into a small bowl, add 1/4 cup beef broth and stir it well until it is smooth consistency. Pour it into the crockpot and mix everything well.
Add the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings to the crockpot and stir again.
Cook on low for 3-4 hours. Right before serving add the sliced cheese, let it melt then stir well.
Serve it up on buns and enjoy!
