Salted Vanilla Latte
A great mid-morning pick me up, a good iced latte is hard to beat!
Course Drinks
Cuisine American
- 6 oz milk of your choice
- 2 shots espresso (approximately 4 oz)
- 1 1/2 TBSP vanilla syrup
- pinch of pink Himalayan salt
Prep your espresso machine. Fill a 20 oz glass or tumbler with ice.
Pour 6 oz milk over the ice. Pull two shots of espresso. Pour over ice into the glass with the milk.
Add the vanilla syrup and a TINY pinch of salt. It doesn't take much. Stir together and enjoy!
Don't skimp on the ice, the more ice the better in my opinion - nobody likes an iced latte that is watered down and warm.
Adjust espresso and syrup amount to your liking if needed.
If you aren't into iced lattes, this recipe works great as a hot latte too - just froth your milk instead.
