In sandwich baggies, I add 1 cup fresh spinach, 3/4 cup berries and 1/2 banana. Keep making baggies until you've used up your ingredients. After you divide your ingredients into baggies, place them in the freezer for later use.
Make the Smoothie
In a blender, dump together one prepped baggie of spinach, berries and banana. Add yogurt, lemon juice, ice cubes and water. Feel free to adjust volumes according to your preferences. Blend until smooth.
Pour it into your cutest cup and enjoy!!!
